Ironic that a few days after my post of the bad service in the restaurant industry, i receive EXCELLENT and OUTstanding service from OUTsurance.. I had a burst geyser and the people at OUTsurance were on it straightaway and called a million times to check if the plumber was there, what did they find, was i satisfied etc etc.. WOW.. thats service for you.. THANKS OUTsurance..
This is how the service must be provided in a service industry.. WELL DONE..
