Acne Curse:
Well.. Hi all.. n let me get to the point…Most of the people well..several people ask themselves..”Why me..?why only my face…?”. They turn very worried about the acne/pimples on their face…n that feels almost like, we were cursed. Well..i got a solution to break the curse..!! Really..u need not go to shopping n get the expensive cosmetics..that u often feel that wouldnt suit the skin or would worsen the situation..?? or even u need not visit any dermitologist or need not get any prescription..!! Thats true..!!
Well..give me a month time..n il promise to get rid of acne totally…!!
Well to put down shortly..here r the 6 things that u r supposed to follow…!!
1.Follow Regular Timings:

Say, for example,if had ur breakfast at sometime..make sure that u have the breakfast next day at the same time…!! U might wonder,what gud that would do to get rid of acne..?? Well let me explain. When u have the food at regular times daily, the liver gets to know that at a certain point of time, it has to digest the food and gets ready for the food to digest, thereby the liver does the entire work of digesting it…and thus it wouldnt have to use the skin to excrete the waste(do u know that the skin is an organ that lets the waste out just like a kidney..??)..n thus the stress on the skin to do some work would be eliminated..
2. Sleep for around 8-9hrs:
Sleeping is the only requirement of the body to recharge the tissue or any other organs. Sleeping for 8 hrs also minimises the stress and also keeps the wrinkles at bay. Also plan a schedule for this that u wont go to bed in unearthy hours. Sleeping is the process in which the Skins’ Repair System activates and helps restore any flaws in the organ. But the most important thing to care is that: We must always sleep with an empty stomach. Only then, each and every hour counts in to it. Else, the whole system,would just sleep, but never triggers the Repair system. Take care that u take necessary precautions while sleeping too. It helps to get a good sound sleep. One more thing to focus is, never program an alarm clock., Its ok if its really needed, but try to go to bed as early as possible and get good enuf sleep for 8 hrs for sure.
3. Workout for 30miuntes (A MUST):
Most of the people simply doesnt think that workout would turn to be the solution for acne. Well, yes,its a great secret for acne. Especially cardiovascular excercises (simple of all,like walking) is very much good for acne. Cos it simply improves the blood circulation,thereby,it seems to be like washing the toxins away from the inside. Also it feels like theres something pink just underneath the skin, as though u were under make-up. So never skip the workout for 3omins,n ull see that they disappear soon after one workout.
4. Drink 3-4 Ltrs of Water:
Well this is a prominent tip. but most of the people think that this doesnt work. Well let me tell u ..this only works when our hemoglobin levels are more than 13. To say, the skin gets the essential blood it needs only if the heomoglobin levels are more than 13, if less, it would only be consumed by the internal organs. So,if ur level is more than 13, then if u drink lots of water, the water makes the blood to get ciruclated faster, n there by,purifies the impure blood faster, there by,in other words, cleaning done a bit faster, about which, most of the poeple say that the skin would get hydrated..!!
5. Cleanse- Tone- Moisturize:
Well, dont use any kinda soaps ,cos they someway or the other,contains preservatives or chemicals,which hardens the skin. Also most of the doctors precribe to use Benzoyl Peroxide cream for pimples. No, Please dont use it. They just dry out the skin,which activates the skins’ repair system,that means, whenever the skin dries up, skin tries to heal it by producing more sebum to
make the skin back to normal, thus leading to over production of sebum from sebacious glands, it will automaitcally clog the pores leading to worse pimples.
So, better stop using all the avaialble counter products. Instead, its better to use all natural products, as far as we can go with it.
Go Natural with ur daily Skin Care Regime:
GramFlour(Cleanser/Exofoliater): Its just a simple powder available in each and every grocery stores. The price of the flour is very low. Use this powder for face as a scrub.Dont worry,its not at all hard. Mix a tablespoon of it in few drops of water ,make it like a paste and apply it on face,n gently massage for few seconds,n u would terribly feel the softness of it. and then wash away with water. This is like using a scrub or having a face wash done.Do it twice daily,once in the morning,while u r in shower, and the next time,b4 going to bed. Don apply any other creams or anyother shits while going to bed,cos that may disturb the skins’ healing system during sleeping.
EggWhite(Toner): Well, yeah Eggwhite is an excellent toner. Ul get to know the difference from the first instance of application of it. Just make a small hole on the egg shole, and drain the egg white out of it. Beat the egg white,if u got time, and just apply liberelly all over the face, and let it dry. Finally rinse it off.
AloeVera(Moisturiser): For Moisturizing use AloeVera gel. If u get the real plant extract,its more than lucky.Apply this for moisturizing. If u wanted a cream, always tend to get a moisturizer, thats light, non-comodogenic and hypoallergenic as well.
Potato Slices (Anti-Blemish, Anti-Scar): If u got the scars left out after the pimples had left, Dont worry. Just go n get a Potato from the Kitchen, cut it in to thin slices, and then rub them over the face. U may not find the result for the first application though. It may need atleast for abt a week or so, to get the desired result.
6)Avoid things that u shoudnt eat:
Most people know that we r not supposed to drink alcohol,tea,coffee.Well,i think we couldnt keep ourself from drinking them. After all,we r humans,n we couldnt keep the temptation. So,anyways,its ok to have tea/coffee/alcohol etc, but if u have a cup of it, u r supposed to drink 2 glasses of water, extra. Remember this!!
Avoid junk food.Though we coudnt avaoid it,eating it once a week is ok, but only then,when we workout for extra 30mins.
Apart from t
his,eat lots n lots of fruits and drink juices.
Thats all..do this for abt 3-4 weeks,n ull get flawless skin. Promise is mine. I have followed this n now enjoying the total happiness from my skin. I sometimes wonder,why dermitologists never suggest us this..?? But Whatever it is..3 things really help u out..without anthing else either..thats 1.Workingout, 2.Eating essential food, 3.Drinking Water.
But other than this..Its very important to have an eye on “PREVENTION”. Since, the skin the prone to acne, any imbalance in u routine may cause them to make a visit again. So, better never try to stop the maintanence. There is a say called, if we do the same task over and over again for abt 3months, it definetly turns in to our habit. So, try to make this as a habit.
