You wouldn't be reading this article is there was just one acne cure that worked for everyone. Acne treatments are never the same for different individuals.
Most people will go for any acne treatments, without making sure it is the right treatment for their type of acne and for their specific skin type. Buying the wrong products can waste both your time and money. It can be difficult to find the right solution for us, since our body chemistry and genetics differs. But it's important that you get the right treatment for you.
Sometimes you can see people in the same family with completely different kind of acne. One family member might only get mild outbreaks, while another might get very serious outbreaks
We all have a certain amount of waste and toxins in our systems. If our body can't get rid of these through normal bodily functions it can cause acne. If any organ is not working the way it should, it will cause some of these toxins and waste to stay in our body. Finally our bodies will try to get rid of these toxins through the pores of the skin.
Also, if our bodies have a hormonal imbalance it can cause an oily sweat, loaded with bacteria. Your body is trying to get rid of these bacteria through the pores of the skin. The pores will get clogged up when this oily mixture mixes with dead skin cells. This will also cause pimples.
When our pores are clogged up with this combination of toxins and sweat acne will erupt. It all starts inside our bodies and this is where many that struggle with acne will go wrong. They will focus on treating their acne externally, and forget about the inside.
If you really want to get rid of your acne, you have to start the fight from the inside. Don't use only external treatments and medication.
