Take a small banana, coat in fat-free yogurt, roll in whole oats and freeze for four hours in wax paper. Mmmmmmmmm Good! Another fun fruity treat is a watermelon smoothie. Blend one cup watermelon, one container fat-free yogurt, a teaspoon of honey and four ice cubes for a fabulous smoothie. And get this: both these treats are under 300 calories!
