I cant actually tell if this is for real. I found this picture whilst scouting around on the net and had to share with everyone. Is this genuinly a nose job gone horifically wrong or has he just stuck something to his face? Either way it is pretty damn disgusting. If this is for real what was this guy trying to do? I cant imagine that this guy wanted cosmetic surgery to improve his looks!? What do you think?
