Good delt and tri workout today, shoulders and triceps are feeling great and pumped, traps are fucking SORE from yesterday too… but it’s a good kind of sore, a “We’re growing sore”, so I don’t mind. I just got home and finished a plate of sheppards pie my cousin Andrea cooked for me now I’m updating my blog. Really feeling a nice gain of strength in my shoulders and triceps this week, moved my weight up a bit on my lifts so I’m happy, I don’t know if I should contribute it to the Purple K or just working out week after week and challenging myself to lift more. Anyhow, this is todays workout:
Cardio, Eliptical machine - 10m, #14 setting.
Shoulders
Sitting DB Press, 3×6 - 50lb Dumbbells
Sitting Military Barbell Press, 3×6 - 110lbs
Standing Side Dumbbell Laterals, 2×8 - 20lbs
Triceps
Skull Crushers, 3×6 - 55lbs
Cable Pushdowns, 3×6 - 110lbs
Two Arm DB Overhead Extensions, 2×6 - 50lb Dumbbell
Been feeling a little bit of pain in one of my shoulders when I bring it back to a certain point holding weight. Thinking it’s either my joint or a tendon, so I’m going to ask Dr. Pritchard to check that out for me when I go to Thompson on the 10th to see the Chiropractor.
