WASHINGTON, D.C. - Credibility problems with a respondent's expert are insufficient to reverse a special master's fact finding that positional asphyxia and not an encephalopathy induced by the diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DTaP) vaccination caused the death of a 10-week-old boy (Jody Nordwall v. Secretary, No. 05-123V, Fed. Clms., Off. Spec. Masters; See April 2008, Page 6).
