Maybe you have experienced miscarriages or perhaps it is your age, but for some reason you are in the ‘high risk’ pregnancy category.
And instead of realising that you are a completely unique individual, maybe it seems that books and your gynecologist/doctors keep referring to your pregnancy as ‘high risk’.
But instead of allowing ‘high risk’ pregnancy to be a [...]

We had to go to Londong (via India) for this one:
London, April 23: It seems there's some truth in old wives' tales on baby gender, for a new study has revealed that to-be-mom's diet during pregnancy can actually influence her child's sex.
A team of researchers from Oxford University and Exeter University has found that women can influence the sex of their child by what they eat around the time of conception, the Biological Sciences journal reported.

There are a several different elements of inspired parenting which I will address in a series of posts.
One of the basics of inspired parenting is the whole idea of co-parenting with the Universe, God, Angels or whatever word/image fits for you.
Inspired parents know that they are not doing it alone. They call on the universe [...]

Introduction
There are many women who are anemic or become anemic during the course of pregnancy. Low iron levels can affect the child’s mental development in negative ways and so children born to anemic mothers generally tend to score lower in tests as compared to those children whose mothers had normal or high iron levels. The [...]

This one minute video summaries research that looked at how the power of intention can influence the food we eat and its effect on us.
http://oneminuteshift.com/videos/dean_radin/intentional_chocolate
In the experiment those who ate the chocolate that had been ‘infused’ with positive thoughts felt much better than the control group.
How does this apply to you?
Well ,if you are trying [...]

This week’s story is an amazing story of a vaginal birth after cesarean of twins. Not only is this a natural childbirth after cesarean, it’s a HOMEBIRTH!! This mom fought long and hard, did her research and made natural childbirth the only option for her twins.
The natural chidlbirth video you are about to see is amazing and brought tears to my eyes. I hope you enjoy it and it encourages you to believe that a natural childbirth is possible no matter what your circumstances.

I was skinny once. The kind of skinny that people apparently remember quite clearly, and refer to as “that time you were skinny…” It was the kind of skinny that amphetamines prescribed to me while I was in high school to help me “concentrate…” Okay, how many times did I just use the word skinny? We live in an amazing universe.
And while we often experience concerns about how we can make something happen, the truth is that within every single true desire lies the mechanism for its fulfillment (Deepak Chopra).
There is evidence of this in your own origins. When your father’s sperm fertilized your mother’s egg, a craving arose within the egg to [...]

Our show last week was really great.
Our callers included a new mum who has been breastfeeding without any particular system and was seeking support to establish the Conscious Breastfeeding approach.
We were also joined by a mum who breastfed her baby using Conscious Breastfeeding a few years ago.
She shared how Conscious Breastfeeding worked for her and how it started her [...]

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) occurs when the the body produces too many androgens (hormones) and the ovaries do not produce eggs.

At some level the body is not in vibrational alignment with allowing full expression of womanhood (in this [...]

Sunday, June 24th around 11pm I started to experience some cramping and suspected I would be having my baby sometime soon. I decided against telling my husband that I was starting to experience some cramping because I wanted him to get a good night’s sleep since I didn’t know when the next time he would get one. I didn’t sleep much that night, but I did get some rest.

Maternal age has received a lot of attention and we are all familiar now with stories of women in their 50’s and 60’s having babies.
But many women are very concerned about their age. A significant proportion of the women I speak to mention age as a factor in their fertility.
The image of the biological clock ticking away [...]

We know that the first important step is setting your intention and deciding exactly where you want to go in fertility, birth, breastfeeding and beyond.
Another factor that influences your success in fertility, relationship and parenting is the kind of support you have in your life.
